Richard and Anna did a great job with our gut job kitchen remodeling. They tore it down to the studs and built it all back up with excellent plans, schedule, management of subcontractors, countertops and custom cabinets. The project stayed on and met the twelve-week schedule they laid out. The Cambria countertop measurements, production and installation took at least three to four weeks of that timeline and that could only happen AFTER the cabinets were installed, so their part actually went pretty fast. They took the time to make the cabinets fit our older house's kitchen measurements/eccentricities and supplies/appliances that we used.

We even got to stay in the house while it was being done. They were very organized and very efficient about the whole thing. We were very pleased. I can't think of anything they didn't do right. We love our newly remodeled kitchen! After getting 2 other quotes, I was thrilled to find West End Kitchen, Inc. on Angie's List. Richard, the owner, was wonderful to work with. He was very open to listening to what we wanted in our new kitchen and respectful of our budget. Throughout the planning process Richard made many detailed plans until everything was just right. He was also very helpful and patient in the selection of cabinets and countertops. Once the project was set to begin Richard prepared a detailed calendar showing when various stages of the remodel would take place....and he was able to stick to it! Richard's crew was very professional and friendly. They always explained what they were going to be doing and answered my many questions. Richard dropped by frequently to check on the progress. When the project was done we couldn't believe the transformation. We absolutely love our new kitchen and would highly recommend West End Kitchen to anyone looking for a top-notch contractor!

From the moment we met with Mr. Johnson at the showroom to the day the job was completed, we have been satisfied with every aspect of the remodel. The tear down was quick, the work progressed as scheduled, the issues were minimal, the professionalism was always present, the disruption was negligible, the detailing was precise. All this was done in the projected time and budget.

I'm a repeat customer. The work was to complete the kitchen renovation we started in 2012. The workers were professional arrived on time and completed the work on schedule. Since I decided to do our floors, they allowed me enough time to get the floors installed prior to them finishing off the details in the kitchen. Given 2 years of living in the kitchen since our work was complete, I think I would have had them do more work (e.g. painting the kitchen) instead of committing my own time to doing the work.

This is the second time we have used West End. They remodeled our kitchen a few years ago and we were very impressed by the quality and outcome. Richard, the owner, is very low key but a perfectionist in everything. The people who work with him are excellent, professional and friendly. Richard gives you a timeline of work to be done and they pretty much stick to it. The outcome was great. Everything looks beautiful and fresh. We did not hesitate to call West End for this work and would highly recommend them to everyone.

Based on the recommendation of some neighbors in our condominium community, we recently worked with West End Kitchen on the renovation of our kitchen and two bathrooms. Throughout the project, we were extremely impressed by their attention to detail, meticulous planning and organization, deft construction management of various subcontractors, fairness and honesty, and personable demeanor. The resulting finished work is outstanding! We love our refreshed spaces and have wholeheartedly recommended West End to other neighbors. We had never done anything like a kitchen remodel before. West End Kitchen made the process understandable, easy and fun. Everything we were hoping for, and more was accomplished through the design and delivery. The craftsmen’s work from the flooring to the lighting to the cabinetry was wonderful. Any changes we made were handled quickly and without stress. Richard and Anna were great to work with throughout. The timeline and process were presented clearly. The detail in the design was done to meet all our needs right down to the spice rack and open shelving for our cast iron pots. Unbelievable. We love our kitchen.
